Associate Business Analyst
Labcorp is recruiting an Associate Business Analyst for a dynamic team in RTP, NC. The Clinical and Digital Solutions Team of Laboratory Corporation of America (Labcorp) has an opportunity for talented Junior Business Analyst to join a motivated and productive team in delivering enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate must have aspirations to becoming a subject matter expertise in the principles and application of Product Management. Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Partner with the broader Product Management team to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Contribute to proactive communication amongst our internal and external stakeholders regarding prioritizes, use cases and roadmaps
- Play a central role in operational optimization for sales, contracting, implementation and product support
- Serves as the conduit between the business community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and business partners/vendors
- Develop product requirements in partnership with the Product Management team to ensure the requested features are clearly defined
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to validate that the features being developed align with customer/stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, required
