Position Specific Description

This role supports the day to day performance of the BPO Electronic Payments Team. These responsibilities include: aligning electronic vendors performance through the collection, analysis and feedback of electronic payment exception handling reports, staffing reports and Quality reports, publishing and monitoring scorecard tracking.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service experience. Analysis of payment processes and data is a plus. Conducts moderate to complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of an immediate supervisor. A successful candidate has high capability and drive for personal growth, well organized and process oriented, communicates effectively, and excels at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree preferred.
