Associate Analyst, Revenue Operations

YOUR MISSION
MURAL is looking for an Associate Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our world-class Revenue Operations team.
Whilst this role is remote, you will need to have significant overlap with eastern and pacific time zones.
As part of this role, you will:
- Ensure we have impeccable Salesforce data hygiene by cleaning customer data and actively looking for ways to improve the quality of the data within our ecosystem
- Work directly with Sales Reps & Sales Leaders to research and resolve inquiries pertaining to individuals’ books of business and conduct account ownership changes in accordance with published rules of engagement
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to help quantify the impact of certain decisions on the business, particularly with respect to territory management
- Build and maintain documentation of sales territory rules of engagement
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or other related fields
- A hyper-organized and detail-oriented professional
- Outstanding Excel / Google Sheets skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in fast-paced environments & adapts to change easily
- An expert project manager who can manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
Ideally you have...
- Internship or working experience in sales operations, revenue operations, data analytics, or similar at a SaaS company
- Knowledge or experience working with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
