Job Description CCB D&A Operations Analytics team is responsible for driving analytics for four Agile Product Groups and wide range of Ops Products strategic initiatives including Demand mitigation and carbon footprint. The participating team members will help support data and analytics needs for Ops Product groups that currently do not have dedicated support.
The Program
You will spend 12-18 months working full time on CCB D&A Operations Analytics team's projects, receiving comprehensive on-the-job training and gaining exposure to a variety of datasets, analytics techniques and Ops Products.
At the end of the program, candidate will have an opportunity to transition to full time roles with CCB Operations Analytics, or within the larger Data and Analytics Organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of agile, digital, tribes or scrum teams to provide data and analytics support for new product development
  • Build holistic insights using a mix of customer, account, digital, financial and operational data sets
  • Import, clean, transform and validate data from multiple sources in preparation for analytics and/or modeling
  • Develop business cases, size addressable populations & estimate potential impact on proposed measurement plans
  • Scope, implement & track new features and enhancements for the Ops Products
  • Identify customer interactions and events across a variety of channels to better understand customer journeys and friction points
  • Leverage a variety of analytical and statistical applications (Alteryx, Excel, SQL, BryterCX, Python, etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Aid in presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives

Qualifications and Skills :
We're looking for candidates with:
  • 5+ years of business experience with some data, data visualization or analytical responsibilities in their current role in Operations.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel (Vlookups, pivots, etc.), knowledge of SQL, understanding of data visualization
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Python, R or data wrangling / visualization tools such as Alteryx or Tableau is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines is desired but 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
