We are hiring a Strategy Analyst on the Asia Pacific and Latin America team (APLA) who will drive analytical workstreams to help identify, evaluate, and catalyze action against critical priorities. You will develop and communicate strategic plans and visions across Nike and help influence key partners in a complex, cross-functional environment. You will assist in the development and ongoing management of tools and processes focused on executing against the organization's strategic and business plans. You will play a critical role on project teams that will evaluate Nike's critical priorities on an ongoing basis. Identify opportunities to drive Nike's long-term growth strategy, and support Nike's annual strategic planning processes.

What you will work on

As a Strategy Analyst, we will be responsible for driving Nike's global, long-term growth strategy forward across the APLA Marketplace.

Working on cross-functional project teams, you will support the identification and evaluation of critical priorities and strategic problems ultimately leading to crucial action on these priorities. You'll help Write the Future by providing research and analytical support as part of project teams that work cross-functionally to identify and evaluate critical strategic opportunities. Additionally, you'll bring these components together through your leadership in the annual strategic planning process.

Who you will work with

Strategy Analysts report across the enterprise from the Global Strategy team to embedded teams within Product, Marketplace, Operations, and others. You will regularly work with key, functional partners and partners within the Strategy organization.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of corporate development, business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, or related experience

  • 4+ years of experience is required in lieu of a degree

  • Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models

  • Experience conducting and/or analyzing research related to consumers, industries, and competitors

  • Comfort analyzing research related to consumers, industries, and competitors

  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and to work with a flexible schedule

  • Logical problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills

  • Superior interpersonal skills and proven track record to work cross-functionally

  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills

  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support

  • Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel)
