Analytics Analyst

This role is responsible for the development and support of the Technology Customer Success Operational Metrics dashboards and other team metric reports. The dashboards are used by the leaders within Technology Customer Success to help handle the work of the teams and deliver a consistent view of the customer experience provided by the support teams.
Qualifications and skills:
- Deliver Dashboards and Reporting platforms for the Technology Customer Success Organization
- Work directly with business partners to create analytical models and dashboards
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- 2 or more years of experience with BI Reporting tool - Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational databases
- Experience with Data Modeling techniques
- Performance tuning queries with techniques
- Extracts and integrates data from diverse sources residing on multiple platforms
- Implement standards that ensure high availability of reporting platforms, fast performance, and create reporting consistency
- Conduct data analysis and capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
- Uses analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts that impact the business
- Summarizes analysis into user-friendly deliverables by translating detailed data into business-appropriate communication and recommendations.
- Delivers results, insights and recommendations (written, verbal, presentations, etc.) to business audience to support business decisions.
- Creates value driven solutions that tell a story and drive business outcomes and data driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field.
- 2+ years of dynamically responsible experience in data analysis, reporting or application development.
- Expertise in development and analytical tools such as MYSQL, MS Excel, Python, R or other similar tools.
- Expertise in visualization tool Power BI and relational data modeling techniques.
- Creative and innovative in problem solving and formulating solutions.
- Experienced in ETL Shown excellence in problem solving, research, quantitative analysis and analytical working techniques.
- Initiative to independently design and develop own work while still being a teammate
- Ability to be responsive to changing business needs, lead and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.
- Ability to generate new ideas and go beyond the status quo; recognize the need for new or modified approaches.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong analytical capability with ability to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Cloud concepts and Microservice
- Solid experience in Data Modelling and Database Design
- Familiar with Version Control such as Git
- Familiar with CICD pipeline process
- Understanding of Service Management (e.g., Incident, Problem and Change Management)
