Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working or consulting in marketing or digital media.
  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced experimental designs including a/b testing (e.g. maental hanztel, Wilcoxon, etc.), incrementality measurement (e.g. causal impact ARIMA and Bayesian models) and sampling techniques (e.g. stratified).
  • Experience building standard predictive models (e.g. linear/logistic regression and clustering).
  • Experience measuring digital advertising campaigns using data from programmatic buying and online platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of testing design and random sampling techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, etc.), BI tools and data warehouses.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner to agency clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of agency business by developing data-driven recommendations to establish that ads privacy and performance are not at odds with each other.
  • Develop experimental design and insights to establish the incremental value of privacy-first marketing tactics. Develop experiment framework and analysis to establish that the future of measurement is consented, cookieless, and modeled.
  • Develop custom recommendations that consolidate multiple client data workflows to reflect a unified view of the customer.
  • Partner with agency business leads, data scientists, and measurement leads to develop and test tools, templates and frameworks to streamline and scale recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and train agencies on how to best architect and optimize performance marketing strategies within the Google Workspace of offerings.
