Your mission:

Develop and build marketing communications to drive multi-product adoption across the Kabbage platform, enabling existing customers to discover and use additional Kabbage products to run their businesses.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Cross-product marketing:
    • Drive 2nd & 3rd product adoption from exisiting Kabbage customers, partnering with Kabbage & Amex product marketing teams
    • Manage campaigns and email journeys end-to-end, including strategy, copy/creative development, legal/compliance approvals, deployment, and results
  2. Manage Kabbage cross-sell marketing content & testing plans for email and dashboard marketing placements. Work with key stakeholders in Marketing & Product to plan marketing content based on the prouct roadmap. Share updates & marketing performance with functional partners.
  3. Support lifecycle marketing initaitves that relate to cross-sell.

What you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Product working on customer-facing content
  • Excellent project management, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Bonus: experience building emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other ESP
