In this role you will:
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customers, prospects, competition, and market, as well as our product portfolio strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Own the LivePerson Analyst Relations program, including analyst relationships, research, interactions, evaluations, and coordination with marketing for events and PR or communications opportunities.
- Work with Product Marketing and Analysts to monitor, uncover, and evaluate market and industry trends to inform messaging, positioning, campaign, and product strategy.
- Support strategic product marketing initiatives with quantitative and qualitative research, benchmarking, market sizing, data analysis, goal setting, measurement, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including competitive intelligence, product marketing, marketing, and product management, working to share knowledge and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Your qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience working in analyst relations, product marketing, or market research.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills paired with creative vision, strong project management, and a results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, working with ambiguity and imperfect data to uncover key insights and relevant findings.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations: effective prioritization, agile nature, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Passionate about using data to represent the voice of the customer, users, and sellers of the company’s products.
- Detail oriented, well organized, efficient with time management.
- Collaborative, critical thinker with strong writing, presentation development and delivery skills.
