How you can make a difference

  • Function as the subject-matter expert for all post-LOI diligence documentation including the data room. Pro-actively communicate and escalate diligence and deal updates to Transactions Lead
  • Track deals in pipeline from post-NDA through confirmatory diligence to close and navigate our internal functional teams to create an organized, streamlined deal process end to end
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making, and collaborate with Transactions team to drive deal progression through formal communication channels and processes
  • Design dashboards and reporting tools to manage all aspects of the deal from pre-LOI through close through data-driven solutions and push for continued progress week over week to meet pre-determined sign and close dates
  • Set baseline reporting metrics and develop transaction-related reports including pipeline management, PI projects, and time studies
  • Track and support the strategic deal process through workflow design and management, documentation of meeting minutes, preparation of presentation materials, and other internal and external transaction-specific tools and resources

  • Experience performing under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what you say you will do
  • Process and deadline oriented with strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
  • The ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
  • Capability to convey thoughts and express ideas effectively both verbally and in writing

Experience to drive change

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Excellent time management, communication, analytical and organizational skills 
  • Proven experience performing under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated relationship development and management skills
