Job Description

Assure is an investment fund creation, administration, data and tech company. Assure is hiring an Analysts to be growth-focused contributors working closely with our operations team and clients. They will discover new ways to improve Quality Assurance within our existing Client Delivery process. This person will own the current output of client information, the tracking of efficiencies obtained over-time, and the improvement of the timeliness in our deliverables to clients within our delivery cycles. Position aspects may involve routing incoming communication, coordination of deal completion, manage document flow, request corporate documents, oversee deal flow, coordinate issue resolution and be the primary contact for related clients and investors. The position is now open to hardworking, highly organized self-starters comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Analysts work in close collaboration with other departments to solve problems and provide resolutions to Assure's clients. The Analyst is a position that requires regular in-person attendance in the office and punctuality to ensure optimal productivity and customer service.

Duties include

Working as a member of our deal creation and management teams, managing client investment vehicles.

• Creating investment deals by updating the investor tracker.
• Requesting bank account information and the wiring activity.
• Completing the subscription documents process including setting up DocuSign packets, creating PowerForms and updating signature blocks when needed.
• Confirming consent for Power of Attorney and communicating with investors as needed.
• Coordinate issue resolutions between teams and clients
• Manage docusign flows
