Why this role
As an Analyst of Listing Operations on Evolve’s Listing Content Team, your main responsibility is to organize and implement initiatives surrounding listing content optimization and then measure their success using page usage and conversion data. You will base these initiatives on the data we receive from Evolve’s listing site partners (including Airbnb, Vrbo, & Booking.com), evolve.com, our company priorities, and team goals.
To successfully perform this role, you will work closely with other Evolve teams, including the Performance Team, the Analytics Team, the Distribution Partnerships team, and the Product Team. In this role, you will also be responsible for directly contributing to Content Team listing build goals, while also completing performance-related cases in the post-activation case queue.
You must be able to effectively use Salesforce reporting to report on case and content performance trends and use Excel functions for efficient data analysis. The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with an analytical mind, great organizational tendencies, and the ability to identify, communicate, and execute on content improvement opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Complete performance assessment cases involving market analysis and customer reviews to ensure listings are performing during their peak seasons
- Project manage initiatives related to listing content performance
- Oversee the testing of optimization initiatives and analyze results to determine success
- Work closely with teams throughout the company, especially the Performance, Distributions Partnership, and Analytics teams, to ensure alignment and to identify and act upon areas of opportunity
- Manage and assist in creating dashboards in Sisense to track results from content tests
- Communicate with our Product team by submitting bugs and feature requests when you come across an issue to report or a solution to implement
- Run regular Salesforce reports and complete consistent uploads on listing features to ensure consistency and optimization across all listings
- Monitor listing layout and content trends across several vacation rental platforms
- Aid in listing build out/maintenance and content creation
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in business operations or working closely with high-performing content teams
- Experience in building reports in Salesforce
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel & proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and feature flagging, along with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Intermediate problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for critical thinking
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong project management and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-player mentality & ability to adapt to change
- History of building and maintaining relationships across a diverse range of teams
Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience
