How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities

• The Analyst, Envoy HRIS and Reporting will report to the Manager, Envoy HRIS and Reporting
• Manage projects with direct impact to Envoy's HR Information System
• Develop relationships with internal customers to deliver solutions
• Create employee data reporting tools to support business decisions
• Manage existing database of reporting solutions
• Develop dashboards to visualize people data
• Support ad hoc requests for people data as needed
• Develop automated solutions to existing manual processes, utilizing a continuous improvement model
• May be called upon to support other HRIS and Reporting related tasks such as mass data loads and granting system access.

Who are we looking for?

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Reporting Center and/or Workforce Analytics
• Working knowledge of RosterApps
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Studio

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills
• Experience with Tableau Desktop, Power BI or other data visualization software
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Time and/or HR Data
• Previous experience working with a heavily unionized workforce
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities
