How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
- The Analyst, Envoy HRIS and Reporting will report to the Manager, Envoy HRIS and Reporting
- Manage projects with direct impact to Envoy's HR Information System
- Develop relationships with internal customers to deliver solutions
- Create employee data reporting tools to support business decisions
- Manage existing database of reporting solutions
- Develop dashboards to visualize people data
- Support ad hoc requests for people data as needed
- Develop automated solutions to existing manual processes, utilizing a continuous improvement model
- May be called upon to support other HRIS and Reporting related tasks such as mass data loads and granting system access.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Reporting Center and/or Workforce Analytics
- Working knowledge of RosterApps
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Studio
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills
- Experience with Tableau Desktop, Power BI or other data visualization software
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Time and/or HR Data
- Previous experience working with a heavily unionized workforce
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities
