About the job

The Gaming Global Partnership Solutions team exists to help bring the most creative, inspiring and immersive entertainment experiences to the world in a manner that supports the Gaming industry and advances Google's mission.

In doing so, our Partnerships Solutions organization seeks to work across Google Product teams to bring more industry focused solutions to our partners. Our team possesses a strong understanding of Google Product goals and capabilities and how the industry can benefit most from these products. Depending on the situation, we engage as strategists, internal BD, and/or swat team to get key deals / initiatives signed or launched. The ultimate goal is to create commercial opportunities that exist at the nexus of Google's products that would not be achievable by optimizing for individual product areas alone. Our team is a mix of strategy and BD professionals who are thought leaders, but also possess tremendous bias towards action as owners, operators and builders.

In this role, you will work on the Partnerships Solutions team focused on Gaming across Google. You will help establish a community of stakeholders (Senior Directors and VPs) across Partnerships and Product to set Cross Google gaming strategy and then be responsible for ensuring execution of that strategy, in support of the Global Head of Media, Entertainment & Gaming Partnership Solutions. Your depth of knowledge in Gaming and strategic mindset will allow you to influence agendas of the product and partnership teams to deliver impactful solutions for partner/users and growth for Google.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of a shared roadmap for engaging partners within the gaming, media, and entertainment industry.
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of gaming, media, and entertainment, anticipating actionable trends to foster partnership activities.
  • Help build an infrastructure to increase cross-organizational activities (e.g., community building, thought-leadership, partnership acceleration, etc.) and provide quantitative support for other key initiatives.
