Why this role
The Analyst, Distribution Operations will support the Distribution Partnerships team by analyzing complex business problems to support our partnerships on distribution sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and more.
This role will deep dive into internal data and external partner data to analyze performance and operational processes to ensure our distribution partnerships are performing optimally.
We’re seeking a talented Analyst who excels at uncovering opportunities through data, formulating strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, and presenting those strategies to key stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Analyze complex business problems, present data to multiple levels of leadership, and run projects to implement solutions
- Build reporting and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data to assist in developing actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes
- Monthly report creation and tracking of booking data including total booking count, revenue streams, license requirements, and more from our 3rd party distribution sites
- Analysis of current accounts to ensure listings are properly active and searchable
- Develop and track listing qualifications for different merchandising and optimization opportunities on distribution sites
- Develop procedure and tracking around listing optimization programs
- Work with internal teams for issues related directly to errors found on one of Evolve’s partner distribution sites
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of analytics-related experience
- 2+ years of business operations experience
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL (advanced preferred)
- Intermediate experience with Data Visualization
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- An understanding and ability to refine and streamline processes
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing change across internal organizations
- Ability to prioritize and action multiple projects simultaneously, while taking into consideration the impact on the business and ROI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to shape and align KPIs and company goals across partner organizations
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability in the work that you do
- Travel industry experience is a plus
Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are unable to hire in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience
