Analyst, Customer Experience

Primary Responsibilities
- Review calls, emails, chats and other customer interactions
- Review customer survey results
- Document customer journeys
- Identify sources of customer dissatisfaction
- Complete customer experience improvement projects
- Report CX results to management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Customer Advocacy, Quality Assurance, etc.)
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- BS in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Process mapping knowledge including customer experience journeys
- Knowledge of process improvement theories (six sigma, lean, etc.)
- Experience interpreting and identifying improvement opportunities based on the Voice of the Customer (VOC)
- Ability to drive improvement in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders and influence change
- Ability to effectively communicate findings to the organization
