The Opportunity
Provides support - recommendations in several areas. Contacts are primarily with immediate manager, other personnel in group or support staff from other areas. Establish processes to anticipate customer needs. Work collaboratively with the rest of the organization and Ally business units to fulfill consumer needs and ensure corporate objectives and all compliance requirements are met (e.g., OPEX, timeliness metrics, accuracy metrics, customer satisfaction metrics, cross-sell metrics, employee development, etc.). Lead to succeed vs. managing to avoid failure. Drive strategic imperatives by maintaining regular communications with employees or vendor partners.

- Service the sales organization to support corporate objectives
- Works closely with business leaders and team members and provides insight for the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and processes
- Develop and maintain productionized reporting and the infrastructure used by Auto Finance Field Sales and other internal customers to help gauge productivity and performance
- Maintains monthly, quarterly, and yearly routine reporting deliverables
- Provides technical and analytical support to the team members
- Executes on management direction with enterprise projects and initiatives
