Coin Cloud, the worlds leading Digital Currency Machine (DCM) Operator is seeking an AML Analyst who is savvy in AML and KYC laws. As an AML Analyst, you will be one in a team of analysts that are responsible for maintaining daily operational compliance for Coin Cloud's AML Program.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end KYC onboarding for our higher volume customers
- Review red flags and perform enhanced due diligence reviews. Ensure all reviews are completed timely and according to Coin Cloud's Policies and Procedures for the BSA/AML Program including
- Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Research, prepare and complete SARs by gathering evidence, suspect information, and documentation to investigate potential suspicious activity
- Process subpoenas by maintaining confidential information and by gathering the requested information before the specified deadline for Management review
- Collaborate with the BSA Officer to provide training to staff as needed for new or updated BSA/AML processes and requirements
- Generate reporting for management, make recommendations to enhance BSA/AML program process and procedures as needed
- Act as a front-line resource for escalation points regarding suspicious activity/anti-money laundering matters
- Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and development.
- Perform diverse duties and ad-hoc projects to support the Compliance Department.
- Adapt quickly and effectively to procedural changes; assist with other special projects
- Must have the highest level of professional ethics and integrity; promote teamwork and be open to sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an AML or Compliance role
- Familiarity with AML and KYC guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
- Must maintain the confidentiality of work-related information and materials
- Excellent customer service skills
- Should have knowledge of document-imaging technology
- Must be able to research current social media websites
- Intermediate knowledge of Blockchain or Cryptocurrency is a plus
