What you do:AIM Hedging Analysts have some amount of financial responsibility and are involved in many different aspects of insurance product hedging. Analysts may assist in researching new hedging strategies or help develop new valuation models. Analysts participate in daily hedging operations by performing daily production tasks that include portfolio valuation, market data review and portfolio management. Analysts assist in software development and testing, data analysis, and P&L calculations. Work is directed and supervised. Analysts may be involved in vital business elements such as portfolios, production processes, client relations, or software systems.• Rebalance Daily Portfolio Risks• Develop Software• Software Validation• Analyze Data/Research

What you bring:• 1-2 years' experience preferred: Derivatives modeling, derivatives hedging, insurance product hedging or quantitative investing• Four-year degree required: Degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, or technical field• Advanced degree preferred: Masters of Quantitative Finance or related technical field
