EveryMyundo enables airlines to grow their direct channel and own their customers.

We are seeking to add an Agile Business Analyst to our team. The ideal candidate is based in Miami. 


In this position, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting all requirements for product implementations and act as a liaison to project management, ensuring items are scheduled in sprints and all items delivered internally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Facilitate requirements gathering with delivery and product teams, and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.
  • Lead handoff sessions with delivery specialists, ensuring all customer requirements and knowledge have been transferred
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
  • As necessary, write and review QA and UAT test scripts
  • Work with project management to schedule tickets in corresponding sprints
  • Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign off
  • Work with project management and engineering to provide accurate estimates for change requests
  • Assist in the creation and update of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements


WHAT YOU HAVE:

Required Qualifications

  • +1 year of professional project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science or Engineering degree is preferred)
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticket management tools

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP Certification or Scrum Master Certification is a plus
  • Language skills: English, bilingual a plus
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
  • Solid background gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and business domain details to apply to solutions across the company
  • High attention to detail including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Keep abreast of current events, media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Within 3 months of employment

  • Active participation in all development lifecycle activities, such as: standups, sprint planning, technical/business meetings, requirements gathering sessions, etc.
  • In charge of basic technical requirements documentation while learning/training on the Product (Complexity: Low to Medium)
  • Build relationships within team and adjacent departments to ensure flow of communication
  • Support QA team on sprint scope changes and updates

 Within 6 months of employment

  • Responsible for preparation of sprint requirements documentation, including basic to medium complexity requirements.
  • Assume responsibility for all ticket creation and management within standard delivery 
  • Complete command of relevant product requirements and processes, accurate documentation techniques

Within 12 months of employment

  • Ensure all requirements are ready for the development team to proceed virtually unassisted
  • Act as liaison between internal teams (Tech Team, key stakeholders, and Product Managers) and Product Delivery team on project status and scope changes
  • Expand knowledge of technical requirements per product in order to serve as subject matter expert to Delivery team and manage conversations on relevant topics directly with customer
