What you'll do• Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand what drives our business• Lead relationships with internal stakeholders and independently deliver data insights that drive cross-functional decisions across multiple teams• Advocate for a data-driven culture and support the long-term value creation through development of outstanding data science capabilities in the areas of predictive modeling, attribution, customer segmentation, forecasting, causal inference• Execute complex analyses to assist with high value deals or strategic initiatives
Tell us if you're ready.• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain preferred• 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytics environment (candidates with 1-2 years of similar experience may be considered for an Analyst-level role)• Outstanding communication: ability to explain analytics topics in plain language suitable for non-technical and non-analytical executives and cross-functional partners• General knowledge and experience with machine learning algorithms• High comfort level with modern data/statistical programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.) as well as data visualization• Have a growth mindset; love solving ambiguous, challenging, and impactful problems!
