Job Description

Informa Markets is looking for a Campaign Data & Performance Analyst to join our Qualifi Team which is focused on the commercial development and delivery of our programmatic audience and data solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape with expertise in ad-tech, digital advertising, ad networks, and campaign performance and analytics.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled and driven towards launch and delivery of successful digital ad campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled and driven towards launch and delivery of successful digital ad campaigns. 

Objectives of this Role:


· Manage campaign performance by acting as liaison between our external agencies and our Customer Success Managers

· Work closely with our agency partners in optimizing client campaigns

· Monitor campaign performance throughout the length of the campaign

· Recommend optimizations that will result in best performance possible on client campaigns

· Generate weekly reporting on live campaigns and analyse the data to ensure client is on track to hit goals/KPI’s defined

· Be a product and industry expert, and act as a trusted advisor and consultant to ensure our clients are leveraging the full value of DNA offerings

· Measure and monitor campaign health via weekly reporting. Share health updates regularly to customer success managers and internal stakeholders

· Advocate product/campaign issues cross-departmentally

· Provide insight on opportunities for client based on performance of current campaign

· Act as the liaison for issues or escalations on campaign performance

· Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of DNA product offerings

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

· Work closely and effectively with client success manager to ensure campaigns are lunched correctly

· Act as the day-to-day point of contact with our agencies on any and all launch or performance related issues

· Ensure that campaigns are on track to deliver sold amount of impressions and performance is on track to hit the set campaign goal

· Be an escalation point to drive resolutions on technical/performance problems and concerns until resolved 

· Review weekly client reporting and provide suggested optimizations to increase campaign performance

· Work closely with agencies to provide end of campaign reporting and wrap deck analysis





Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications: 

· Extensive experience of post-sales account management and ad operations

· Experience with DSP’s and SSP’s to understand how campaigns are setup and run

· Ability to identify underperforming campaigns and be able to suggest optimizations to increase performance

· Excellent data and analytics experience to be able to look at raw data and understand where there are gaps in performance

· You are flexible, learn quickly, and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment

· General knowledge of digital advertising networks/platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and social platforms

· Expertise in Excel, Tableau and/or other analytics dashboards

Preferred Experience and Mindset

· Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or equivalent experience

· Digital Marketing / Agency Background 

· Demonstrated focus on data and performance metrics

· Experience within Digital advertising and analytics platforms

· Demonstrated ability to solve campaign performance proactively
