Please review the following job description:

Responsible for all aspects of operational and collateral compliance, monitoring and reporting for ABL group. Provides weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to facilitate ABL risk management, mitigation and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Ensure proper and consistent collateral reporting is provided across assigned portfolio. Provide thoughtful analytics that factor in key collateral trends and communicate to Asset Management.
2. Coordinate/communicate with Structuring and Asset Management to ensure an efficient and smooth closing process for both new loans and existing portfolio accounts.
3. Serve as a single point of contact for ABL Team for communication of operations and administrative issues for a portfolio of primarily bought participation customers.
4. Manage a smaller number of less complex relationships (typically up to 25).
5. In conjunction with the Collateral analyst team leader, review loan documentation and perform audit after loan closing for accurate Compass set up.
6. Finished work products require review by team leader or senior collateral analyst.
7. Demonstrate Truist value and culture

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2. 3 years of financial services experience
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Proficient in excel and Access software

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5 years of banking experience, including experience in Asset Based Lending
3. Fundamental knowledge of banking products and services
