Data Lead:• Minimum 15 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience• At least 10 years of SAP experience implementing SAP Data Architecture• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 8 full lifecycle SAP implementations • Deep expertise in designing and delivering data solutions in the areas of Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Integration and Data Governance using SAP Technologies (SAP BODS, Information Steward, SAP MDG, SAP BTP etc)• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines• Technical Lead experience on more than 1 full lifecycle implementation projects• Full lifecycle experience in managing Data Migration on complex transformation projects using SAP technologies• Full lifecycle experience implementing SAP MDG or similar Master Data Management solution• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager• Solid understanding of the SAP ASAP/Activate methodology framework• Knowledge of new technologies like SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), Smart Data Integration (SDI), or Smart Data Access (SDA), CPI DS, HANA Data Lake, SAP DWC etc• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers• Greenfield implementation experience• Data cleansing implementation experience• Experience collaborating and developing client relationships, to develop new opportunities with clients, and identify engagement follow-on• Strong project management skills• Must have a demonstrated strong desire to excel and be committed to building eminence• Engagement Management: Manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management• Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy• Practice Development & Eminence: develop solutions and methodologies, develop thought leadership and point-of-view documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals• People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and/or technologies and you are seen as subject matter expert within your unit and beyond.
• Qualification: Minimum 12+ years experience, Bachelor's Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and seeking level 3.
• Should be master in Package Configuration.
• Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
