About the Role• We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to analyze and design AIOPs Use cases for NA AMS AIOPS/ APM capability. • We are looking for someone who can analyze the production incidents, problem tickets, understand the business process and identify failure points in the current IT landscape. Work with the AIOPs/APM experts in the team to convert those failure points into dashboards/ Metrics in the APM tools which will give meaningful insights to the business / IT team to get the alerts before it becomes a major disruption in production.• Summary: Understand and document the business process, Identify Failure points, Identifying AIOPs Use cases, Document the solution, Implement the solution.
Key Responsibilities• The consulting process starts with data gathering and research to identify problems based on the internal and external information. Consultants analyze the data, develop an automated monitoring solutions and make a recommendation to the client.• Working the AIOPs / APM architects to define the requirement and define the monitoring requirement for the team.• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to client team and support teams.• Identify root causes & failure points in the current IT operations based on Ticket analysis, interview with the SMEs and understanding business process.• Guide the monitoring engineering in the team. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.
• Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor's Degree.• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI's & Reporting• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
