We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Java, Selenium, API testing, SQL, and AWS to ensure the quality and integrity of our systems through effective testing practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in QA/testing methodologies, data testing, and data analytics, along with hands-on experience in designing comprehensive test scenarios and plans. Additionally, familiarity with JMeter is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test plans based on requirements.
- Conduct API testing and data validation using strong SQL skills.
- Perform automated and manual testing using Java and Selenium to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Utilize AWS services (S3, EC2, Data Pipeline, AWS Glue, AWS Managed AirFlow, AWS RedShift) for cloud-based testing.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead offshore QA teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project goals.
- (Nice to Have) Utilize JMeter for performance testing.

- Proficiency in Java and Selenium for automation testing.
- Strong experience in API testing and validating data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data validation.
- Basic understanding of AWS cloud services for testing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Hive, and Athena query engines.
