Role Summary and Impact 

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Data Enablement & Visualization Specialist who will: 
 
  • BI Solution and Dashboard Development: Lead the end-to-end creation of insightful and scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using tools like Looker or Tableau. Your focus is on building reusable, high-performance deliverables for others to use. 
  • Information Design and Delivery Strategy: Establish and champion best-in-class standards for information design and data storytelling. Develop strategic recommendations for how to deliver data effectively to various audiences, ensuring maximum impact and usability. 
  • Enablement of AI-Powered Analytics: Architect and build BI solutions that integrate AI and machine learning features. Your goal is to empower users with tools that provide predictive insights and automated pattern detection, rather than conducting the research yourself. 
  • Use Case Capability Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, then design and build the specific BI capabilities, tools, and dashboard features required to meet those objectives. 
  • AI-Ready Dataset Design: Partner with data engineers to define the optimal structure for datasets within GCP BigQuery, ensuring they are primed not only for high-performance visualization but also for use in current and future AI-driven applications. 

Skills and Experience 

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience focused on building BI solutions, data visualization, or analytics enablement. 
  • Experience working with enterprise level media data and reporting desired. 
  • Expertise in designing and developing scalable, interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in major BI platforms (Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). A strong portfolio is required. 
  • A deep understanding of information design, visual analytics best practices, and dashboard design theory. 
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into tangible, user-centric BI products and capabilities. 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for the purpose of shaping data for optimal performance and use within visualization tools. 
  • Experience or strong familiarity with integrating AI/ML concepts and features into BI tools and analytical workflows. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for training others and evangelizing best practices in data visualization. 
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role is a strong plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
