In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the newly formed Business Data team, working within the broader Business Banking function. You’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Society to manage data across Business Banking as a whole, understand problems and opportunities, and build out data and analytic solutions and insights. This is with the context of internal goals, innovation, and external insights, whilst identifying opportunities and supporting the development and execution of Society & Business Banking strategies. This is a new role and you’ve an amazing opportunity to leverage your strengths and help shape our future success.
This role is within the Business Banking function, specifically within the newly formed Business Data Team. While the team will be cross-skilled, your strengths and preferences will be aligned to the areas that our team covers:
Data Management & Control - owning data governance, data management and control, including remediation, preventative controls, and compliance. We’ll be building a clear, trusted landscape of data that is critical, captured, moved, used, and controlled, in line with internal and external expectations.
Insights & Analytics – delivering, complementing and supporting broader insights across Business Banking. We’ll be elevating the visibility, value, and strategic use of analytics across the Society and Business Banking.
Data Strategy & Design - providing direction and coordination on Business Banking and broader Society data initiatives, including integration and technology. We’ll be shaping and embedding a cohesive data strategy aligned with business, regulatory, and risk objectives.
