About the Role

As an experienced Data Analyst at MeMo², you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions by leading advanced data analysis projects. Your work will directly influence how major Dutch and international brands understand their market positioning and effectiveness.

We’re looking for someone who not only excels in technical skills but also brings a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analyses using Python, leveraging our custom frameworks to deliver actionable insights.

  • Project Setup & Management: Take ownership of new projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Client-Focused Insights: Provide major brands like Uber, Nike, and Amazon with deep insights that help optimize their marketing spend and strategy.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Create and enhance PowerBI dashboards, and present data in a clear, impactful way to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Automation & Pipeline Development: Develop and implement data automation processes using Python, Azure Functions, and other relevant tools to streamline operations.

  • Market Modeling & Insights: Apply advanced data analysis techniques, such as market modeling, to provide deep insights into market trends and media effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis with Python, including project management and client-facing roles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.), data automation (e.g., Azure Functions), and familiarity with data pipeline development.

  • Data Visualization: Experience with PowerBI or similar tools, with the ability to create and revamp dashboards for optimal use.

  • Educational Background: A degree in Consumer Psychology, Communication, Marketing/Media, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English or Dutch, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Cultural Fit: A genuine interest in marketing, media, and technology, with the ability to thrive in a young, energetic team.
