Responsibilities
- Extend and build onto the current data analytics environment.
- Enhance data ingestion processes and optimize existing data pipelines to improve data accessibility and analysis speed.
- Design, implement and maintain ETL processes (typically in the form of DAGs).
- Propose, test, and implement scalable technical solutions and customer success tooling that enhance customer engagement and insights, with a focus on low-touch approaches that require minimal intervention while maximizing impact.
- Spark ideas with other teams based on your data insights.
- Design solution to increase the engagement with doctors based on our data.
Requirements
You should understand how data can be used to drive business forward. Preferably you used BI tooling or data-apps for that. You will be part of an international, English-speaking team and align with stakeholders from among others Germany and France.
Ideal qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or experience as BE developer in a data-driven development.
Technical skills
- Experience in Python or other scripting languages.
- Good understanding of relational databases and expertise in SQL.
Collaborative working style
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English for daily team communication.
- Open minded and adaptable, with a curiosity to explore various customer success frameworks and technologies.
- Open to innovative solutions that align with our data-driven approach.
