About Job
Scope:
- Email Annotation Support: Assist in tagging and categorizing email content to train AI filters.
- Email Content Review: Help examine email components such as headers, links, and attachments to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Malicious URL Detection: Participate in investigating and identifying potentially harmful URLs and phishing attempts.
- Data Labeling: Contribute to labeling datasets including emails and messages for machine learning model development.
- Process Compliance: Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality in data handling and annotation.
- Project Assistance: Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Linguistic (Information Technology) or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Basic understanding of email systems, internet domains, and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data tools, or scripting languages is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Location: Penang, Malaysia; Internship Period: Minimum 6 months
