Leveraging data insights for strategic financial planning!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As part of this role, you will work closely with the FP&A Sr Director to support key financial decision-making processes, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will leverage your data analysis expertise to provide actionable insights, optimize financial models, and enhance reporting accuracy across a variety of business functions.

You’ll be able to showcase your communication skills, combined with your understanding of finance and business operations. All of which will be essential in driving value through data-driven insights and recommendations!
As our Data Analyst, FP&A, you will:
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, ensuring real-time access to key stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large financial datasets to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and support financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts.
- Deliver data-driven insights to forecast revenue, costs, and profit margins accurately.
- Use BI tools like Sigma, Power BI, and Tableau to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes while ensuring data accuracy and implementing best practices with the BI team.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong preference for experience in financial analysis or working within an FP&A department.
- Analytic mindset with experience in complex data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken French.
What would make you stand out:
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced experience with cloud-based data warehouse tools such as Snowflake.
- Experience in SaaS or in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
