About the role:
Responsible for the training and development of employees, including entry level sales roles through sales team leadership, to meet the specific goals of the company. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Leaders to develop, implement and support training solutions for their teams. Facilitate virtual learning sessions for entry level sales professionals across the company as part of the assigned learning curriculum.

- Maintains ownership of training software and evaluates ROI as well as best practice standards
- Works together with LDLs to determine performance expectations and processes to drive Learning & Development team focus
- Facilitates and coaches others on virtual sessions using a variety of delivery methods and techniques in both Adobe and Microsoft Teams
- Performs coaching sessions for new and existing employees to enhance performance
- Works to promote consistency and maintain the integrity of the Learning & Development programs
- Collaborates with the team of RLDLs to ensure consistency of support and cover for team members where needed
- Works with Knowledge Gateway administrators to ensure accuracy of class structure and attendance
- Provide feedback and support upon request to LEAD TQL
- Minimum of associate degree or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience in facilitation, learning and development preferred
- Relationship management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with frequent interruptions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles and recognizes participant learning styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while dealing with time constraints and managing deadlines effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Connect
