We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing:
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and support our international Customer Success team with a variety of operational and cross-functional tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- CRM Database Maintenance: Perform regular health checks on CRM data entries, monitor system usage, and contribute to maintaining data quality and consistency. Assist in updating and managing FAQ content to support internal users.
- Client Management Support: Assist in preparing project Forecasts, support the Invoicing process, and help manage CXG’s data visualization platform to ensure accurate and timely access to client insights.
- Event & Internal Activities Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiatives and client-facing events, including logistical support and coordination across departments.
- Training Materials & Content Coordination: Help create and update training documents, and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate, clear and interactive content.

As the needs of our clients evolved, however, and the needs of our business developed, we recognized that this approach was not as effective as it once had been. We recognized something needed to change. And so CXG was born.
