We’re seeking a highly-motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Tokyo, Japan. The primary focus of the ACSM is to partner closely and support the Customer Success Team to oversee accounts and deliver excellent customer service as well as managing some smaller client accounts. Associate CSM's contribute to the successful delivery of our solutions and ensure client campaigns meet their goals and objectives. This role would suit a recent Graduate who has a strong interest in the AdTech industry.
What you’ll do:
- Develop strong knowledge of the IAS product stack, as well as a a deep understanding of client business objectives, goals, and KPIs
- Perform basic order-entry and various administrative duties to ensure account needs are logged and executed via Salesforce and proprietary systems
- Assist with reporting, tagging or other critical and urgent support requests as needed
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Aggregate, compile, and send optimization reports to agencies to improve media performance
- Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions
- Become proficient in many facets of the digital advertising ecosystem including media sellers, media buyers, audience trackers, data providers, ad servers, SSPs, DSPs DMPs etc.
What you’ll need:
- Strong interest in digital media/advertising/ad tech
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in media planning/support, having had some client exposure
- Fluent in Japanese and intermediate/advanced level of English ideal
- Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to organize and execute on competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment
