Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Specialist to join our vibrant team, supporting our mission to provide the best experience in the world for both our customers and our people.

You’ll be the friendly voice (and chat) our customers rely on. Whether it’s answering real-time enquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolving issues, or making their day a little brighter, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable customer journeys.

  • Handle calls, chats, and emails like a pro, smashing daily KPIs and making customers smile.
  • Be a go-to expert on our products, services, and systems—because knowledge is power!
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure customers get seamless, top-notch support.
  • Keep calm and take care of complaints, referring them to the right escalation channels when necessary.
  • Liaise with manufacturers on behalf of customers and maintain stellar supplier relationships.

Qualifications

  • Customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker—we value a great attitude above all!
  • A passion for delivering WOW moments for every customer.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • A team-player mindset with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
  • High computer literacy (MS Office, G-Suite experience is a plus).
  • Cool, calm, and collected under pressure—you thrive in fast-paced environments.
