As Support Service Engineer you will be responsible for supporting customers and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators and technical teams.
What you'll be doing
- Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's site
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Perform maintenance and fixing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
What you'll we need to be successful
- Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Proven IT skills in Windows, Linux, networking, AWS and SQL , Postgres, Arango databases
- Broadcast and Digital Media knowledge
- Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
- Self-starter who is excited about technology
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
