  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal global teams, including Product Quality (PQE), Failure Analysis (FA), Design Engineering, and our global production sites.

  • Participate in customer audits of Allegro facilities and processes. Ensure all products and processes comply with legal standards and customer-specific requirements.

  • Apply statistical methods and math abilities to review product specifications and monitor raw material compliance from suppliers.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, with specific exposure to wafer fabrication, IC testing, or assembly processes.

  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures. Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or VDA 6.3 is highly preferred.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 26262 (ASIL) standards is a significant advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook). Strong data analysis and statistical mindset.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
