The Role
We’re seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our implementation process, acting as the dedicated point of contact for customers during the first 90 days of their subscription. Through strategic outreach, you’ll leverage your top-notch communication skills to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for educating new customers on the ins and outs of CompanyCam in order to retain and expand business. In this job you will...
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on all aspects of CompanyCam software in one-on-one and group settings via Zoom.
- Help customers understand how they can better utilize certain features of our software to positively impact their business model.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to continually improve the onboarding process, contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience and product roadmap.
- Take ownership of customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation, ensuring product adoption in the first 90 days.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful product implementation and its integrations, leading to successful customer adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer expectations are met at every stage.

- Have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications preferred but not required.

Compensation:
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary is $50,000 - $60,000 and is based on experience. Customer Onboarding team members can earn up to $1,000 per quarter in bonus compensation. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
