Job Description:
The Opportunity:
Workhuman is in search of a Customer Marketing Programs Manager to join our expanding Customer Marketing team! In this role you’ll be responsible for partnering closely with our Customer Excellence team to optimize engagement and drive adoption within our existing customer base. You will create and execute customer revenue growth, retention and product adoption campaigns that engage key customer stakeholders and encourage increased engagement with the Workhuman Cloud. You’ll also enable Customer Success and strategic account leads on new and existing marketing activities as well as manage the reporting and read out of customer marketing campaign performance. Reporting to the Director, Customer Marketing, you will become an integral part of supporting and enhancing the overall customer experience at Workhuman.

The Skills you will bring:

Experience executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns across paid media, direct mail, webinars, email, and events.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, brand, communications, creative, product, analytics and finance teams.

A deep understanding of using data and analytics to identify trends, report on performance, and optimize programs.

Strong relationship-building skills with account teams to align business goals and drive measurable impact.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, while maintaining a high-energy, results-oriented approach.

A passion for innovation and openness to testing new ideas and approaches to engage customers effectively.

You have delivered multi-channel, integrated campaigns using paid media, direct mail, webinars, email, and events.

You have been involved in cross-functional projects with teams like customer success, brand, creative, product, and finance to achieve business goals.

You have delivered data-driven insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and optimizing programs.

You have executed account-based marketing and customer engagement strategies that resulted in measurable impact, with 4+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS.

You have utilized digital marketing tools like LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Outreach, Drift, and CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.

You have told compelling stories with data and are proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and campaign reporting dashboards.
