What You’ll Do
- Support operational execution of the Trendsetter Awards program, including communications, stakeholder coordination, event logistics, and digital updates
- Support cross-functional alignment with PR, Corporate Communications, and GTM teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Oversee customer sourcing cadence and advocate tracking, maintaining clear visibility into pipeline, approvals, and engagement
- Streamline content production workflows across internal stakeholders and contractors, ensuring efficient movement from intake to delivery
- Maintain strong project management rigor in Asana, tracking timelines, ownership, and milestones
- Organize and manage marketing systems and repositories, including asset uploads and version control
- Deliver recurring stakeholder updates and serve as an operations lead to remove blockers and keep initiatives on track
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations, customer marketing, program management, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with PR, communications, sales, and contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
- High attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset.
