What you’ll bring:• Experience managing or supervising in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment. • Strong communication and people skills. • A passion for customer service and team development. • Confidence in handling customer feedback and resolving issues. • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
