As a Customer Logistics Expert for France at Bosch Power Tools, you will be involved in day-to-day customer logistics operations for our French Country Sales Organization (CSO). Based in our Budapest office, you will be part of the Sales Back Office team located in France and will closely collaborate with our French warehouse, the International Distribution Center in Germany, our customers and service providers, as well as with Business Units and central departments at Bosch Power Tools. You will also represent our French CSO on cross-regional logistics committees, i.e. round tables, monthly LOG guild, and overarching logistics projects
Job Description
► Counterpart for Sales Key account managers and other PT Stakeholders (Local warehouse & Central departments) in Supply Chain relevant topics
► Support Sales business units on logistics contractual clauses and customer discussions (French and English languages)
► Regular participation to customer meetings (Face to face & virtual)
► Regional coordinator to manage continuous improvement of the whole customer logistics processes from delivery to invoicing incl. claim handling, change management , standardization , driving automation
► Identify potentials for logistic costs optimization
► Manage Project & processes together with Central Logistic team ( for example Cross docking, Dropshipment) and ensure local roll-out
► Provide regular updates and raise local requirements to the central team that need overarching solutions, active member of expert network
► In-country distribution network design coordination with PT/LOG, GS, etc.
Qualifications
► Masters degree from a Business school or Engineering school
► Profound knowledge of customers Supply chain processes
► Ability to negotiate in an international environment (in French and English languages)
► Problem-solving skills incl. IT affinity to understand root causes
► Language: Fluent in French and English
► Software knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP ( S/4 knowledge is a plus), PowerBI,
Mobility requirements
► Willingness to travel to France (regular) and Germany (occasional)
