Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to start a career in data-driven media or an early professional with up to 3 years of experience looking to grow their expertise. You'll play a vital role in helping our clients make smarter marketing decisions with our insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Storytelling: Analyze Nielsen's data on TV ratings, ad spend, digital consumer behavior, and social media trends. Your goal is to turn complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand reports and presentations that provide clients with actionable insights.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients. You'll answer their questions, provide training on our tools, and proactively offer insights that align with their business goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure clients' needs are met and to contribute valuable feedback for our product roadmap.

  • Delivery daily audience rating reports once a week (early morning shift from 5:30-13:00, including weekend)

주요 업무

  • 데이터 분석 및 스토리텔링: 닐슨의 TV 시청률, 광고비, 디지털 소비자 행동, 소셜 미디어 트렌드 데이터를 분석하고 해석합니다. 복잡한 데이터를 이해하기 쉬운 보고서와 프레젠테이션으로 만들어 고객에게 실행 가능한 인사이트를 제공하는 것이 당신의 목표입니다.

  • 고객 소통: 고객의 주요 연락 창구 역할을 담당합니다. 고객 문의에 답하고, 우리 솔루션 사용법을 교육하며, 고객의 비즈니스 목표에 맞는 인사이트를 선제적으로 제공합니다.

  • 부서 간 협업: 영업, Customer Success Manager, 프로덕트 팀과 긴밀하게 협력하여 고객 니즈를 충족시키고, 향후 제품 로드맵에 도움이 될 만한 가치 있는 피드백을 전달합니다.

  • 주 1회 일일 시청률 보고서 전달을 위한 새벽 근무 가능자(5:30-13:00, 공휴일 포함)

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Open to recent graduates with strong analytical skills and a passion for media, or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in market research, media planning, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Skills: A knack for turning data into meaningful stories. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must. You should be proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
