Summary As Senior ServiceNow DevOps resource provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems as well as responsible for developing and implementing applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Perform L2 and L3/ intermediate and advance level troubleshooting. - Maintain and update documentation for systems and software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed. - Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality. Professional & Technical Skills - 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs. - Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, VA, etc.). - Experience with ServiceNow’s integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON). - Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets. - Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices. - Experience with Service Portal design and development. - Experience in developing custom applications. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - ServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD) Certification. Additional Information - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM/ITOM Certification.
