Job DescriptionRole Mission:
The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated Qualitative and Quantitative projects and executing the related Custom Recruitment tasks, ensuring their successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. The Custom Recruitment Assistant liaises with other stakeholders of projects to increase number of internal completes delivered and ensure panel growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Have an excellent understanding of Custom recruitment strategies for quantitative and qualitative studies; collaborate with Project Stakeholders to best utilize available options for maximum results.
- Coordinate Custom recruitment efforts for up to 25 live projects to maintain the knowledge and experience on market research recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies.
- Demonstrate complete confidence on using all recruitment platforms and tools, including but not limited to proprietary systems for managing market research recruitment, external and internal bulk email/SMS platforms, survey systems (limited), social media, and various other marketing and multi-media platforms.
- Attend IKO and project related meetings with PMs for projects assigned and share notes on agreed plan of action.
- Create a custom recruiting strategy on projects assigned, initiate and/or execute tasks as outlined, monitoring progress, and adjusting recruiting strategy to ensure the maximum internal sample is achieved to meet client needs and maintain profit targets.
- Recommend alternative internal sampling strategies to maximize internal completes.
- Communicate recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams through email, meetings or as agreed in regular intervals.
- Ensure Custom Recruitment actions are completed in line with required timelines for all assigned projects.
- Proactively seek alternative Custom Recruitment strategies and provide ideas to improve response rate and reduce costs in each project.
- Assist the team in developing custom recruitment strategies to grow membership of the M3 Global Research panel.
- Provide insightful and relevant feedback on projects feasibility based on gathered market intelligence upon desk research.
- Provide constructive feedback to the line manager and assist in bringing ideas on areas where M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools can be improved in their functionality.
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required.
Minimum Experience:
- 0 – 1 year of market research experience
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
- Fluent in French
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
- Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc
- Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
