Three years ago, HubSpot committed to being a hybrid company, one where our culture is not tied to location, but rooted in our values, our amazing people, and our mission of helping millions of organizations grow better. As HubSpot grows in size and complexity, it’s critical we continue our focus on building a hybrid culture at scale, to ensure our culture is in our employees’ hearts and our offices’ hallways. That means we’re focused on developing innovative initiatives that allow our global remote, flex, and office employees to be successful and constantly connected to our culture. To lead the culture programming in Bogota, HubSpot is looking for a Culture Specialist.

We’re seeking someone who cares deeply about driving a strong culture by engaging, inspiring, and delighting our employees, every day! A great candidate is someone passionate about people and inclusion, runs towards making an impact, loves creating and trying new things, and is comfortable spending time understanding the needs of others, and applying those needs to unique experiences for our employees. All of this helps us create a remarkable culture in a hybrid work environment. You’ll report to the Americas Culture Manager, based in the United States.

This role is Flex (expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week) and should be based in Bogota.

In this role, you will:

  • Help our employees create meaningful connections with their coworkers, both on their own teams and across the organization
  • Create surprise and delight moments across the employee lifecycle that lift up our employees and spark joy in their day
  • Act as the voice of Colombia culture, maintaining a pulse on employee sentiment and current events, localizing global initiatives, and serving as a localization consultant to leadership and our partners across the business
  • Drive alignment, transparency, and engagement across Bogota office and LATAM employees with personalized and targeted communications
  • Elevate existing initiatives or introduce new ones to support culture, DI&B (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) at HubSpot, solicit and feature a range of diverse voices in your programming and communications, and lead with inclusion so that every employee feels a sense of belonging at HubSpot, no matter their background or identity
  • Follow project management best practices to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within deadlines
  • Seek out and experiment with innovative ways to help HubSpot evolve our culture to thrive in a hybrid working environment and as we scale our business
  • Collaborate extensively with Internal Communications, Employer Brand, DI&B, Recruitment, HR, Benefits, Learning & Development, Management & Leadership Development, Facilities, IT, and local leadership to deliver a world-class employee experience

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is fluent in English and Spanish. Fluency in Portuguese is not required but is considered advantageous
  • Has at least three years of experience in a people-facing role, managing projects, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Can drive and scale programs, initiatives, and events that align with business needs and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall efficacy of culture programs
  • Can prioritize multiple tasks, manage their time effectively, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Is an independent self-starter, innovative, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience for employees
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing to represent culture internally and externally in the LATAM region
  • Has a passion for culture, people, and HubSpot’s commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
  • Has experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts
