The CTS Receptionist greets visitors to our building and oversees the front desk. Tasks would include:
• Greet guests, issue appropriate badges according to our security policy, and direct guests to the appropriate office or conference room.
• Manage UPS shipments for CTS.
• Answer phones. Receive and route incoming faxes.
• Oversee the front end of the building.
• Provide help to departments within the building; including seasonal tasks, daily work, or filling in when short staffed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic computer and typing skills. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Dependable
