As an Automation Project Coordinator, you will be playing multiple roles in CSCM operation excellence journey.
1. Automation enabler, to deliver automation improvements by developing solutions for the existing data processing work. i.e. to use macro to replace manual download from SAP, manual summary in excel, manual sending reports by email.
2. Solutions developer, to deliver applications to help CSCSM operation or teammates to do systematic analysis, data tracking and data visualization for certain management purposes.
3. CSCM Automation Project Co-ordinator role to:
(a) Perform data mining, data benchmarking from actual performance data, machine data, QCDS KPIs, dashboard, SOs, and other sources.
(b) Provide insights from data mining analysis to higher management.
(c) Support improvement projects for digital measurement and monitoring after improvement.
(d) Create proactive and predictive data model to help operation for fast reaction or act before issue happen.
4. Change agent for the solutions developed, to roll out and train larger group and encourage high adoption to maximize the potential benefits of solutions, together with team members. Benefit validator and visualizer, to visualize & validate the benefits gain from automation or system development, prove the system effectiveness and ROI (return of investment).
As an Automation Project Co-ordinator in CSCM Operational Excellence team, you will be part of the digital transformation journey towards sustainable improvement in data automation, data visualization and systems applications with the aim of creating value and reducing wastes.
You will provide support to the line organization and co-ordinate the necessary training and coaching to employees, including leadership teams, and build internal capabilities through train-the-trainer concepts.
Education and experienceMater degree with experience in Program coding/System development Project Leader .
Skills- Has strong ability to use a range of different IT techniques (VBA, Python, database software, Power BI, Power Automate, Power APPS, SAP);
- Fast learner, clear logic, can execute tasks even with new software/applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Actively gives and seeks constructive feedback.
- Can do mindset.
- Crisp communicator at all levels (operational – executive).
- Can train and coach others;
- Delivers fact-based and well-structured messages in a range of different formats, e.g. presentation, written messages. Business English both spoken and written is required.
- Great networking skills, able to work at multiple levels of the organization, from team members on the field to Senior Managers.
