Responsibilities
- Lead Creatives: 아자르 및 신규 브랜드의 온/오프라인 마케팅 캠페인 목표에 최적화된 광고 영상 및 이미지 크리에이티브 전략 및 콘셉트를 기획하고, 제작 프로세스 전반을 리드 및 관리감독 합니다.
- Data-Driven Creatives: 퍼포먼스 크리에이티브 데이터를 심층 분석하여 성공 가설을 수립하고, 이를 바탕으로 신규 크리에이티브 아이디어를 제안 및 실행하여 성과를 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- Innovate Creatives: 마케팅 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 AI기술을 활용하여 영상 및 이미지 에셋을 빠르게 제작 및 검증하는 실험을 주도합니다.
Requirements
- 5년 이상의 광고 대행사, 제작 에이전시 혹은 인하우스 크리에이티브 팀 등에서의 크리에이티브 기획, 제작 및 관리 감독 관련 실무 경험 (포트폴리오 필수)
- 광고 제작의 A-Z(기획, 스크립트/스토리보드, 제작/촬영 관리, 후반 작업) 전반적인 프로세스를 깊이 있게 이해하고, 관리 감독 경험을 보유하신 분
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects), Figma 등 영상 및 이미지 제작/디자인 툴을 능숙하게 활용하실 수 있는 분
- 디지털 퍼포먼스 광고 크리에이티브의 데이터 분석 및 성과 활용을 통해 명확한 제작 가이드 및 신규 아이디어를 도출하실 수 있는 역량
- AI 툴 (Veo, Sora 등)을 활용하여 마케팅 크리에이티브 영상 결과물을 도출한 경험이 있으신 분
- 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력과 효과적인 피드백 수용 및 기획 의도 설명 능력
Preferred Qualifications
- 시각/영상 디자인, 광고, 디지털 미디어 등 관련 전공자
- 글로벌 서비스 대상의 디지털 퍼포먼스 광고 제작 및 캠페인 경험이 있으신 분
- TikTok, Instagram Reels 등 숏폼 콘텐츠 제작 경험 또는 직접 채널을 운영하며 성과를 창출해 본 경험이 있으신 분
